Rooms Amenities
All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, phones, am/fm alarm clocks and personal robes. All TV's have cable and VCR's. Choose from our book and video libraries.
We
accept:
- Low Season: May 5th thru December 19th.
- High Season: December 20th thru May 4th.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights, 3 during holidays and special events may be required.
- Rates are per night and in USD, plus 11% tax.
- A credit card (Amex, Visa, MC, Discover, Diners Club/Carte Blanche) is required when making a reservation.
- A check for 1/3 stay will be accepted in advance.
- Deposit is 33% of the total stay.
- A 14-day advance notice is required for a cancellation without penalty.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days and more than 7 days prior to arrival, a 1 night stay charge will apply.
- Deposit becomes nonrefundable for cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice.
- NO SHOWS will be charged for the full reservation.
- All monies are due and payable for the full reservation upon arrival.
- Shortened stays are nonrefundable.
- All rates are for occupancy by one or two guest; a charge of $35 per night will apply for each additional guest.
- All rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking areas are provided.
- No pets are allowed.
- All non-registered guests must be made known to owners/managers.
- No illegal drugs are permitted on the property.
- The owners/manager reserve the right to ask any disruptive or abusive guests to leave, refunds not allowed.
- Swimming is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty.
